Day-of Coordination

Month-of Coordination
We assist clients during the final month leading up to their event! During this period, the event planner takes over the organizational and logistic aspects, reviewing all the details that have been planned by the client and vendors. Finalizing timelines, confirming vendor contracts, conducting a thorough venue walk-through and creating a detailed event-day schedule.
